Welcome to Loko. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible fishing experience, and we want to make sure you understand our terms and conditions before you use our services.

By using our website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Booking and Payment:

1. a) All bookings require a deposit of $50.00 to secure booking, full payment at the time of arival at shack, either online or in person.
2. b) Rebooking will be issued only if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip.

Fishing Regulations:

1. a) All clients must follow local fishing regulations. 
2. b) Clients must obtain their own fishing licenses before using our services.
3. c) Clients are responsible for knowing the fishing regulations in the area they are fishing. Note no barbs

Safety:

1. a) Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
2. b) Clients must wear appropriate safety gear and clothing as required.
3. c) Clients must inform our guides of any medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate in the activity.

Liability:

1. a) Loko and its staff will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the fishing trip.
2. b) Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.
3. c) Loko and its staff reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
4. d) Broken rods will be subject to a 50.00 surcharge
5. e) any and all damage will be the responsability of the person renting the shack

Changes and Cancellations:

1. a) Loko reserves the right to change or cancel any fishing trip due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
2. b) In the event of a cancellation by Loko, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip.

Photography and Video:

1. a) Loko may use photographs or video of clients for promotional purposes.
2. b) Clients who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform our staff before the trip.
